"I hate to bring up science but i think its the best parallel. Covalent bonds. To quote the Wikipedia for them; "The stable balance of attractive and repulsive forces between atoms, when they share electrons, is known as covalent bonding....Covalency is greatest between atoms that have similar electronegativities, regardless of whether the elements are the same as each other." What im trying to say with that is us being able to talk to eachother and help one another through our problems nonjudgingly and equally is the strongest part of our relationship, and being able to understand eachother helps build on that.
